Steps to Edit a Photo in Photoshop
Step 1. Open the image you want to edit in Photoshop. The image will be in a TIFF format. Larger formats require more system resources to open.

Step 8. Click the box with the arrow to the right of the image to generate the image on a new layer.
Step 9. Edit the new layer using a mask to make the change less noticeable. Press Ctrl+I to access the layer’s dialog box.
Step 10. Click the Pencil Tool (P) to select it. Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt and drag it to the mask to create a selection.
Step 11. Click the Fill area of the menu and select a color that you want to select the canvas using. Click OK and repeat steps 10 and 11 on the image’s other mask to create a dark area on the other canvas.
Step 12. Press Ctrl+Shift+M to merge the two layers together.
Step 13. Use the eraser tool to make smaller adjustments.
Step 14. Use the Clone Stamp Tool (S) to make larger edits. Make sure that you click and drag over the original image.
Step 15. Zoom in to the image so that you can see the original image. Select the Brush tool (B) to select it and paint over any areas of the canvas that you wish to bring back into focus.

The levels of MUC1, -5AC, and -5B glycoproteins were elevated 2 to 3-fold compared with unstimulated control cells, whereas there was no induction of MUC4. Because members of the trefoil family peptide family play diverse roles in wound healing, we examined the levels of these peptides in the conditioned medium of stimulated cells.
