Need help with Summary/Response paper

I want a summery and response using the article that I uploaded and my notes is that Iâ€m an international student and I donâ€t want the summery and response to have strong academic words and I would prefer it to be in the level of high school. I need it to be one-page so the first paragraph summary, and the second paragraph response. (California time 2:00 pm)
