Purpose
The purpose of this discussion is to examine how nurse leaders cultivate a culture of excellence through ethical leadership, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making within healthcare environments. Learners will propose leadership strategies to promote psychological safety, strengthen team dynamics, improve retention, and implement policies that advance accountability and equitable, high-quality client care in advanced nursing practice.
